The acrylic leveling agent M08 has a strong affinity for acrylic fiber, the dye stripping the dark staining area, and migration to a shallow position, make the color uniform.

Appearance: light yellow transparent liquid
Dissolvability: dissolved in water
Acid-base property: PH for 7.5 ~ 9.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Ionicity: Cationic surfactant
Stability: resistant to acid, hard water and salt, didn’t resistant to alkali.
Mixability: Do not mix use with anionic dye or assistant

1. Acrylic leveling agent is a cationic dye leveling agent for acrylic fiber dyeing;
2. Can also be used for cationic dye printing, textile and dyeing flowers make it uniform huixiu;

[Application]

The dosage of Acrylic leveling agent 1227 should be based on dyeing depth, chooses cationic dye K value, f value and acrylic fiber saturation value

General usage：
Deep color：0.5~1.0%（o.w.f.）
Middle color：1.0~2.0%（o.w.f.）
Light color：2.0~3.0%（o.w.f.）

[Packaging and storage]
125 kg/polyethylene drum, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
