Talking about the Textile Enzymes: Desizing Enzymes

Brief information

--It is a special biological enzyme, which belongs to carbon and oxygen lyase which acts on polysaccharide and can act on the pectin and cellulose in cotton fiber simultaneously.
--It can be used in pectinase biological refining, and can also be used for polishing and finishing wool with cotton fiber.
--It is also possible to combine the polishing and finishing process of pectin enzymatic biorefining and cotton fiber. High-speed decomposition of pectin, remove other impurities (such as waxy and protein) from cotton fabric and make the fiber fabric permanent clean.
--Enhance the surface wettability and water absorption of cotton fabric and make the fabric have the anti-pilling function.

General properties

-- Appearance: yellow-brown liquid
-- pH:5.5~6.2

Properties and fields of application

--Enzyme biological refining system can replace the traditional the scouring process which is under high alkaline pH and high-temperature operation.
--With medium temperature operation that can save energy and costs. And reduces the possibility of the crease.
--Neutral pH process conditions that can improve fabric quality (softness, fluffy feel), reduce fabric weight loss, enhance water absorption and improve dyeing.
--Comply with the process requirements of current global green cotton spinning, ecologically friendly, human health and lasting development.
--Suitable for medium and dark color dyeing.

Application

--It is an efficient enzyme preparation, and a wide range of application pH and temperature (see below figure). It is suitable for the biorefining pretreatment process of cellulose fiber.
--Before joining the soft enzyme, first adjust the pH and temperature of working fluid to the requirements, adding enzyme and keep temperature and work for 60-90 minutes. When cut sample achieves biopolishing requirements then adding 2g/L soda and heating to 80℃ and inactivated. Then for the subsequent washing and dyeing process.
The specific process and operation parameters are as follows:

Operating parameter
Process parameters Optimal range
pH 6.0 - 6.5
Dosage 1.0-2.0%(o.w.f)
Temperature 60 - 70°C
Bath ratio 1:5 ~ 1:10
Time 60 - 80 min
