Turquoise Blue Fixing Agent WD-120

Turquoise Blue Fixing Agent WD-120 is non formaldehyde, non-irritating, no smell, and harmless to skin, for reactive, direct and sulfur dyestuffs that obviously improves fabric fastness, especially for turquoise blue. In addition to the individual treatment process of fixing color, it also can bath with non-ionic and cationic finishing agent, which can significantly improve the wet fastness, sun fastness, wet ironing fastness and perspiration fastness, especially suitable for turquoise blue, army green color fixing process. Turquoise Blue Fixing Agent mainly features in keeping the color brilliance and not affecting the hand feeling.

Polycationic compounds.

[General properties]

Appearance: light yellow to yellow liquid
Ionicity: cationic
pH: 2-4
Solubility: easily soluble in water
Stability: stable to acid, alkali, electrolytes and hard water

[Product features]

1. Better performance to turquoise blue dyestuff than that of normal fixing agents.
2. Slight shade change and does not affect original shades.
3. Obviously improves rubbing, soaping and perspiration fastness.
4. Outstanding alkali resistance that makes mercerization available after fixing.
5. Free of formaldehyde that complies with environmental requirements.
6. Negligible shade fades to efficiently prevent low stripping and shade change.

[Application]

High concentration product and can be diluted 2-3 times.

To guarantee subsequent fixing performance, please rinse the dyed fabrics completely to remove residual dyestuffs, salts and alkalis before fixing. Soaps if necessary.

1. Dipping
WD-120:    2-4% (O.W.F)
Bath ratio: 1 : 15-20
Temperature & time: 30-50℃ × 15-20 min
|Procedure: Dyed fabrics → Dip in fixing bath for 15-30 min at 30-50℃→ Rinse → Dry

2. Padding
WD-120:    20-40 g/L
Procedure: Dyed fabrics → twice dip & pad in fixing bath at room temperature → Dry

[Packaging and storage]
125 kg/polyethylene drum, 12 months in sealed container at room temperature.
