PH value (1% diluent): neutral
Dissolubility: can dissolve with water at any rate
Compatibility: has good compatibility with anionic, cationic and nonionic agent

[Product features]
Application range: use for release of electric wire, cable, power cord. High temperature resistant, super smooth, demould, good effect of release, improve the wire and cable insulation performance effectively. Advantage of high dilution ratio, stoste infinite dilution needn't stratification etc.

[Application]

Dilute of water or warm purified water, dilution multiple according to each customer's actual operation situation to allocate in order to achieve the best effect.
The electric wire electric cable release agent adds 0-3 times water to dilute;
Bring diluted electric wire electric cable release agent put into mold release agent tank recycling

Note:
1. Press out the core line must be drying water then put into electric wire electric cable release agent.
2. After over the core line, the electric wire electric cable release agent must be dry again.
3. Before the second pressure out, make sure electric wire cable release agent of water has dried general after first pressure out for a day or two, just can be used.

[Packaging and storage]
125 kg/polyethylene drum, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
