Soaping Agent

Introduction for the functions of all kinds of soaping agent in textile 

Surfactant is the core part in the formulation of soaping agent. It has the function as dispersion, emulsification and solubilization. Anionic surfactants commonly used are sulfonate, sulphate, carboxylate and phosphate. Nonionic surfactant has polyethylene glycol group, polyoxyethylene fatty acid, polyol ester and polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid esters on its surface.

Through so many years of research and sales experience, Ke Feng Textile auxiliaries Industrial Co., Ltd.now have soaping agents like white prevent soaping agent for reactive dyes, low temperature soaping agent, natural polymer modified soaping agent and soaping agent for acid dyes.

1. Soaping agent for acid dyes

Soaping agent for acid dyes with polymer compound have strong incompactness and chelating ability and strong affinity of the hydrolysis  reactive dyes and reactive unfixed dyes,and can reduce the production process, lower water consumption, the fastness of the fabric can obviously advance together, but the temperature is 95 degree.

2. Natural polymer modified soaping agent

Moderately make energy efficient soaping agent made of a variety of extra high active polymer composites into dyeing and finishing of knitted products. And found that the decomposition of the hydrolysis residue in dye dyeing, bleaching and emulsifying effect can not only advance the loose, fabric dyeing soaping fastness; it can also directly reduce the cost of printing and dyeing wastewater. The natural Ca bentonite will be used as raw material, and through the activation of cationic modification to prepare a soap lotion. Ecological treatment at 70 degrees, the dyed fabric had excellent color fastness, soaping and residual liquid CODCr value decreased significantly. Anti staining agent DolecolCLY1973 is the natural organic mineral modified polymer surfactant the 70 ~ 90 degrees under the condition of stable system to prevent the adsorption of the dye composition on white color printing products.

3. Low temperature soaping agent

Low temperature soaping agent is a kind of macromolecule surfactant compound product prepared by compounding and improving skill. It has excellent functions like wetting and soaking at low temperature, emulsifying and loosening, and preventing dye from re-staining

Sulfonic acid type Gemini surfactant can decrease the soaping temperature; polyethylene PVP is an excellent anti fouling agent; low viscosity polyacrylate salt can be used as loose chelating agent instead of phosphonate or phosphonate

Compound products can react with hydrolyzed dyes and constitute a complex, to prevent the re-adsorption or deposition of hydrolyzed dye on the fiber surface; it decreases direct dyes on fiber, and makes it easy to wash out, so the forward dyeing product color fastness.

Now, soaping skills of low temperature soaping agents are controlled at 60 degrees.
Low temperature soaping agent is acrylic vinyl pyrrolidone complex of maleic anhydride copolymer three products. This product has colloidal properties. In 60 ~ 70 degrees, lactam structure polyethylene of complex structure in the pyrrolidone dye molecules and the hydroxyl, amino and carboxyl groups which have strong binding force, complexing with the dye and prevent dye onto fabric.

Low temperature low foam preventing soaping agent whose main ingredient is particularly complex polymers, is soluble in water and belonging to the anionic / nonionic surfactant. It can be over 60 degrees Celsius temperature soaping, and conventional 90 to 95 degrees soaping skills contrast, can save steam, reduce 1 ~ 2 times of water washing save water and time ; the power production of it is dramatically advanced . For reactive dye printing after washing, it can be useful to remove floating color and unreacted hydrolyzed dyes. And dyeing fastness in advance to prevent the white color and subtle influence on shade.
