Brief information
It is used for pre-treatment, scouring, bleaching and degreasing of various fabrics. It can effectively remove grease, wax and various spinning finishes on the fabrics and obtain ideal processing results.

Properties and fields of application
--Excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties for various oil and other impurities.
--Good effect on removing fabric oiling agent and impurities.
--It can emulsify and disperse the removed oil stains in water to prevent the oil agent from re-sticking to the fabric and facilitate dyeing.
--Low foam, can prevent the cloth knotting during the oil removing and dyeing process, and can avoid dyeing defect and uneven dyeing.
--Used in the pre-treatment scouring and bleaching process of pure cotton and its blended knitted fabrics, good penetration, whiteness and capillary effect.
--Free of formaldehyde, phosphorus and APEO, it is an environmentally friendly product.

Application
High concentration product and can be diluted 3-5 times:
1.HT-90H 1-2g/L
Caustic soda : 2.0g/L
30% H2O2 : 5.0g/L
Sequestering agent: 1.0g/L
Bath ratio: 1:6-10, 98℃×30-60min, rinse.

2.Polyester fabric dyeing with bath oil removal:
HT-90H: 1-2.0g/L
disperse dyes: X% (O.W.F.)
high temperature levelling agent: 1-2g/L
Glacial acetic acid
Bath ratio: 1:6-10, 130℃×20-40min, Cooling and draining, reduction cleaning, washing .

Packing and storage
-- Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum
-- Storage: 6 months in sealed container at room temperature
