1. Soaping agent for acid dyes

3. Low temperature soaping agent
Low temperature soaping agent is a kind of macromolecule surfactant compound product prepared by compounding and improving skill. It has excellent functions like wetting and soaking at low temperature, emulsifying and loosening, and preventing dye from re-staining
Sulfonic acid type Gemini surfactant can decrease the soaping temperature; polyethylene PVP is an excellent anti fouling agent; low viscosity polyacrylate salt can be used as loose chelating agent instead of phosphonate or phosphonate
Compound products can react with hydrolyzed dyes and constitute a complex, to prevent the re-adsorption or deposition of hydrolyzed dye on the fiber surface; it decreases direct dyes on fiber, and makes it easy to wash out, so the forward dyeing product color fastness.
Now, soaping skills of low temperature soaping agents are controlled at 60 degrees.
Low temperature soaping agent is acrylic vinyl pyrrolidone complex of maleic anhydride copolymer three products. This product has colloidal properties. In 60 ~ 70 degrees, lactam structure polyethylene of complex structure in the pyrrolidone dye molecules and the hydroxyl, amino and carboxyl groups which have strong binding force, complexing with the dye and prevent dye onto fabric.
Low temperature low foam preventing soaping agent whose main ingredient is particularly complex polymers, is soluble in water and belonging to the anionic / nonionic surfactant. It can be over 60 degrees Celsius temperature soaping, and conventional 90 to 95 degrees soaping skills contrast, can save steam, reduce 1 ~ 2 times of water washing save water and time ; the power production of it is dramatically advanced .
