Brief information
-- It is for fixing process of reactive, direct and sulfur dyestuffs dyeing and printing fabric, can obviously improves various fastness of fabric.

-- Appearance: light yellow to deep yellow transparent liquid
-- Ionicity: cationic
-- pH: 3-5
-- Solubility: easily soluble in water
-- Stability: stable to acid, alkali, electrolytes and hard water

Properties and fields of application
-- Negligible shade fades to efficiently prevent low stripping and shade change.
-- Slight shade change and does not affect original shades.
-- After treated,obviously improves rubbing, soaping and perspiration fastness.
-- Outstanding alkali resistance, suitable for mercerization process for cotton after fixing.
-- Doesn't contain formaldehyde that complies with environmental requirements.
-- Resistant to chlorine bleaching.

Application
-- High concentration product and can be diluted 1-2 times,or be used according to customer's requirement.
-- To guarantee subsequent fixing performance, please rinse the dyed fabrics completely to remove residual dyestuffs, salts and alkalis before fixing. 
  Recomend dosage and process:
-- Dipping
Dosage: 1-3% (O.W.F)
Bath ratio: 1:8-15
Temperature & time:40-50℃ x 15-20 min
Dyed fabrics → Dip in fixing bath for 15-20 min at 40-50℃→ Rinse → Dry
-- Padding
Dosage: 10-30 g/L
Dyed fabrics → Dip & pad in fixing bath at room temperature → Setting

Packing and storage
-- Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum
-- Storage: 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
