HT Fine Chemical specially developed environment-friendly HT812 that improve the product stability of salt & alkali and reduce the structure insufficient of the product.
Original wet rubbing fastness improving agent is poor deep dyeing for direct, reactive, indigo blue and sulfur dyestuffs, especially for dark black, bright red and turquoise blue whose wet rubbing fastness is below Grade 1, while fabric wet rubbing fastness exported to Europe and US must be above Grade 3.
[Properties and fields of application]

-- Use for fixing after cellulose fiber dyeing. Excellent wet rubbing fastness improving performance that can improve above Grade 3 by improving 1- 2 grades.

Based on variety and concentration of dyes, variety and pattern of treated fabric, Dosage as below:
HT-812: 4-8% (O.W.F) (Adjustment base on color)
Bath ratio: 1: 10 – 20
Dyed fabrics (pH ≦ 7) ⇥ Dip ( temperature is 25°C , time is 20 – 30 min) ⇥ Dry (100-120°C ) ⇥ baking (150-160°C for 90 seconds
HT-812: 30 – 50 g/L (Adjustment base on fastness requirement)
Dyed fabrics (pH ≦ 7) ⇥ two dip and two pad ( temperature is 15-20°C , water retention 70- 80% ) ⇥ Dry (100-120°C )

-- The prepared working fluid is translucent emulsion at 25°C, and should be used immediately.
-- The working liquid can achieve the best performance at 25-40°C .
[Packing and storage]
-- Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum.
-- Storage: Keep it cool and dry, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
