Moisture Friction Adhesion Improver 826Y is a wet friction product with a wide range of fabric options. It is suitable for cotton fabrics, printed fabrics, blended fabrics, denim, etc. The wet friction fastness of the fabric can be improved by 1-2 levels after using this product.

Mechanism of Action
-NCO groups combine with ions on the fabric through covalent bonds to improve dye fixing rate.
A three-dimensional network structure forms a continuous and smooth film on the fabric surface, preventing dye loss.
Cationic and dyes form insoluble color precipitates attached to the fabric.
Immersion and Padding Process

According to the type and concentration of the dye used, and the type and form of the processed fabric, the following methods are used:
Padding process
Dosage: 20~50g/L (adjust according to color depth)
Process: Dyed fabric (PH≤7) → one padding and one rolling (rolling residual rate: 80~85%) → drying
Impregnation Process
Moisture Friction Adhesion Improver 826Y usage: Impregnation process (limited to washing factories)
According to the type and concentration of the dye used, and the type and form of the processed fabric, the following methods are used:
Impregnation process (limited to washing factories)
Dosage: Moisture Friction Adhesion Improver 826Y: 3~5% (o.w.f.) (adjust according to color depth), bath ratio: 1:10~20
Process: Dyed fabric (pH<7) → impregnation (room temperature, time: 15~20 min) → drying (60~70℃)

Performance Summary
