Brief information
-- This product is used to wash the floating color of polyester-cotton fabrics after dyeing and to dye cotton directly without reductive cleaning after dyeing polyester. Washing with soaping agent after dyeing can efficiently remove disperse dyes  and reactive dyes  adhering to polyester and cotton  fibers which will improve production efficiency and shorten procedure.

Application

Dyeing polyester (reduction cleaning is not required)  → cold water washing  → dyeing cotton  → use the following process to appy soaping agent for post-treatment cleaning.Below are reference for cleaning dosage and process diagram:

1. Medium dark color (disperse dye dosage  ≤3%) Dosage 1～2g/l            soaping once at 85℃.
2. Special dark color (disperse dye dosage>3%) Dosage 3～4g/l,          soap twice at 85℃.
