[Properties and fields of application]
-- Negligible shade fades to efficiently prevent low stripping and shade change.
-- Slight shade change and does not affect original shades.
-- Obviously improves rubbing, soaping and perspiration fastness.
-- Outstanding alkali resistance that makes mercerization available after fixing.
-- Free of formaldehyde that complies with environmental requirements.
-- Resistant to chlorine bleaching.
[Application]
High-concentration products can be diluted into 3-5 times.
-- To guarantee subsequent fixing performance, please rinse the dyed fabrics completely to remove residual dyestuffs, salts and alkalis before fixing. Soaps if necessary.
-- Recommended dosage and procedure:
I. Dipping
HT-700ANB: 1-3% (O.W.F)
Bath ratio: 1:8-10 (Refer to cloth weight)
Temperature & time: 40~50℃ x 15~20 minutes
Dyed fabrics → Dip in fixing bath for 30 min at 50℃→ Rinse → Dry
II. Padding
Formaldehyde free fixing agent HT-700ANB: 10-30 g/L
Dyed fabrics → one dip & one pad in fixing bath at 150-170℃ → 90-120s→ Dry
