Acrylonitrile Uniform Dyeing Agent BDR

Acrylonitrile Uniform Dyeing Agent BDR is a product that combines leveling, migration, and stripping effects, which can prevent rapid dye uptake during dyeing, resulting in color flowers, and achieve leveling effect; it can also strip and migrate the color flowers caused by fast dye uptake, achieving repair effect.

• BDR polyester leveling agent: 1g/L

• Cationic black: 2.5%

• Cationic turquoise: 0.12%

• Cationic pale yellow: 0.06%

Process

Raise the temperature at a rate of 2°C/min to 98°C and keep it for 30 minutes, then cool down, take out the fabric, wash it with water, dry it, and compare the coloring effect.

Resisting dyeing

• BDR polyester leveling agent: 1g/L

• Cationic black: 2.5%

• Cationic turquoise: 0.12%

• Cationic pale yellow: 0.06%

• HAc: 0.5g/L

Process

Raise the temperature at a rate of 2°C/min to 65°C, take out the fabric, wash it with water, dry it, and compare the coloring effect.

Migration

Process

Add gray yarn and white yarn, raise the temperature at a rate of 2°C/min to 98°C and keep it for 30 minutes, then cool down, take out the yarn, wash it with water, dry it, and compare the coloring effect of the white yarn.

Product features

• Does not contain prohibited substances such as benzene, azo chlorine ammonia; has certain bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects.

• Suitable for dyeing with different compatible dyes; the dosage depends on the dyeing depth, the selected cationic dye K value, f value, and the saturation value of the polyester fiber.

• Replace the conventional leveling agent M08 and buffering agent RCT. This product has strong affinity for polyester fibers, excellent buffering and leveling properties, and uniform coloration of polyester fibers.
