The multifunctional scouring process includes two products: multifunctional scouring agent and proton treating agent.

2.Properties and fields of application
(1). It integrates impurity removal, permeation, emulsification, oil removal, and hydrogen peroxide stability;

4. Process (according to the equipment conditions of dyeing factory)
4.1 continuous steam and water washing method
4.1.1 without demineralization box
Multiple immersion of working fluid (rolling residual rate: 90-100%) → steaming (100 ℃ * 15-20min) → 90 ℃ hot water washing (or 85 ℃ track washing) → 60 ℃ hot water washing → 40 ℃ wash with acid → cold water washing → dropping box (coating moisturizing).
4.1.2 With pre-eluted mine box
Fabric preparation (→ predetermined type → polishing) → pre-washing and demineralization at 60 ℃→ demineralization at 85 ℃→ washing 50 ℃ → rolling dry (70%) → soaking and rolling working fluid (room temperature, 100-110%) → steaming 100 ℃ * 15-20min → 85 ℃ - 60 ℃ washing → acid neutralization → cold water washing → falling into the box (coating moisturizing)
4.2 Cold path batch- continuous washing
Cold path batch (two dipping and two padding or one dipping& padding) → batch for 12-16 hours (envelope sealing) → hot water washing for 1 grid at 70 ℃ → hot water washing for 2 grids at 90 ℃ → acid neutralization for 1 grid → cold water washing for 1 grid → dropping box (coating for moisture preservation)
4.3 Cold path batch--washing in cylinder
Cold path batch (two dipping and two padding or one dipping& padding) → batch for 12-16 hours (coating moisturizing) → washing in cylinder and neutralizing with acid → washing → dyeing

6. (1). Traditional process: caustic soda (100%) 2g/L, hydrogen peroxide (50%) 4g/L, Oil removing agent 600 1g/L, oxygen bleaching stabilizer 1g/L, calculated by bath ratio of 1:6.
(2). Continuous steaming process: caustic soda (100%) 10g / L, hydrogen peroxide (50%) 16g / L, light color process as an example.
