Brief information:
Polyester, nylon and other textile fabrics are required to be with excellent hydrophilicity,soft and fluffy hand feeling. But the chemical fiber hydrophilic silicone oil on the market can't meet these requirements at the same time. When it can meet the requirement of hand feeling ,it’s hydrophilicity must can be meet the requirement. When it's hydrophilicity can meet the requirement,it’s must can not meet the requirement of hand feeling. To solve these problem, our company has developed a new chemical fiber silicone oil of terpolymer silicone copolymer.Which can meet the requirements of hydrophilicity and hand feeling,and it is mainly used in hydrophilic & soft finishing of chinlon,polyester and other fabrics.

Product application effect:
Process formula and conditions

Fabric: polyester, nylon knitted fabric
Padding:
HT- 6159B: 30g / L
Process: Padding(one dip and one pad, rolling rate 75% - 85%)→Setting (170 ℃, 80s)→Resurgence (20-30min)→Compare with hand feeling and hydrophilicity.

Valuation of hand feeling
The assessment consists of more than three people in a group, which is the tactile assessment, and 5 grade is the best.

Place the finished fabric (after fully regaining moisture) on the table, use a burette to drop a drop of water 2cm directly above the cloth surface, and start timing. Stop timing, measure 6 points and take the average

According to above information, the hydrophilicity of HT-6159B is better than that of general hydrophilic silicone oil.

Summary of product performance:
Ø Confers chinlon, polyester and other fabric with excellent softness & smoothness.
Ø Smooth hand feeling, low yellowing, and does not affect shades.
Ø Good hydrophilicity and repairable.
Ø The treated fabric has certain antistatic property.
Ø Good stability, no stick rolling.
Ø It can be used alone or use with other softeners.

Cautions:
Ø The residual alkali and instability of fabric and the pH value in water will affect the finishing effect. It must be cleaned before finishing.
Ø The water used for working fluid shall be tap water ≤ 200ppm, and the ground water or river water shall be processed before using.
Ø Pay attention to the use in the rolling groove: when there are many burrs, pay attention to the refueling and cleaning.
Ø This product is a weak cationic product. If the coating, adhesive and other anionic products are used in the chemical tank, it is necessary to clean before dissolving materials.
Ø Softener emulsion is compatible with most cationic and nonionic auxiliaries, but for safety, compatibility must be tested before mixing. The stability of emulsion will also be affected under extreme conditions.
