Application of Polyester Fixing Agent DG071

Preface:

Under the catalysis of light, oxygen in the air reacts with disperse dyes in the fabric of the polyester fiber and auxiliary agents to cause yellowing and discoloration. Or cause disperse dyes to sublime and become lighter under the action of heat. What we call the decline of sublimation fastness is collectively referred to the decline of thermal migration fastness. This phenomenon is caused by the wide application of amino silicone oil microemulsion softener with large amount of nonionic surfactants in textiles in the past 20 years. The solution is to use a special heat sublimation fastness improving agent (polyester fixing agent). It can prevent the decline of sublimation fastness of disperse dyes before setting. This product is a kind of fixing agent developed to prevent dye sublimation from reducing the color fastness of polyester fabric after dyeing with disperse dyes. Polyester fixing agent can effectively improve washing fastness.

1.3 Equipment: room temperature dyeing sample machine, 101-3 electric constant temperature blast drying oven

1.4 Test purpose: the fixing effect of polyester fixing agent DG071 and polyester fixing agent on the market

2. Experimental prescription and technology

Fixing agent: 30g/L, 50g/L

One dipping & padding, Setting and drying at 130 ℃. Test the washing fastness and soaking fastness after fixing.

3. Experimental results:

3.1 Shade change after fixing:

Polyester fixing agent DG071 and polyester fixing agent on the market are the same in the shade change.

3.2 Washing fastness after fixation:

Polyester fixing agent DG071 is better than the polyester fixing agent on the market.

3.3 Soaking fastness after fixing: Polyester fixing agent DG071 is better than the polyester fixing agent on the market.

Performance summary:

1. It is widely used in fixing of cellulose fiber of direct, activity, sulfur dyes, acid, disperse dyes and printed fabrics;

2. It does not affect the shade and light fastness, and the hand feeling remains unchanged after treatment;

3. It can be used together with cationic silicone oil and softener to reduce operation process and production cost;

4. It does not affect the original hand feeling and hydrophilicity of the fabric.
