Basic Principle of Fixing Agent
Generate insoluble precipitates on the fabric, seal the soluble groups in the dye, make the dye insoluble in water, and thereby improve the water washing color fastness of dyeing;
Form a mesh film on the fabric surface to prevent the dye from detaching from the fiber surface and prevent dye on the fiber surface from dissolving in water;
React with reactive groups of fibers and dyes to increase the affinity between the dye on the fiber surface and the fiber, achieving fixation;
Increase the attractive force between color fixing agent and fiber by interacting between color fixing agent and fiber molecule, thereby improving dyeing fastness.

The active ingredients in color fixing agent can condense with each other to form 3D mesh films on the fiber surface, sealing the dye, increasing the smoothness of the fabric surface, reducing the friction coefficient, making it less likely to wear, and further preventing dye swelling, dissolving and detachment during wet rubbing, thereby improving wet rubbing fastness.
