(2): The effect of low temperature soaping agent DZ208
1. The effect of different dosage of low temperature soaping agent on soaping.
In pure cotton red knitted fabric and black knitted fabric, the different dosage of low temperature soaping agent DZ208 was used for 20 minutes at 65℃ and used for 20 minutes at 80℃. After drying, the soaping fastness was compared. After drying, we can compare the firm degree of soaping.
From the above table, we can know that with the increase of the dosage of low-temperature soaping agent DZ208, soaping fastness gradually improved, and when the dosage of DZ208 is 1 g/L, it is the best.
2. Comparison of soaping effect between the low temperature soaping agent and the conventional high temperature soaping agent.
