The dyeing and finishing of 3 color lace elastic fabric?

For three color lace elastic fabric with rayon, nylon filament, modified polyester filament and Lycra fiber of four kinds of fibers as material, the dyeing and finishing process include oil removal, billet, dyed rayon, nylon filament, modified polyester filament yarn dyed in one bath, and finished setting according to the properties and characteristics of fiber dyeing. The production practice shows that the dyeing effect is good, the size is stable, and all the performance tests can meet the customers' requirements.

Lace fabric is women's favorite clothing elements, because of the lightweight texture and transparent, mysterious and elegant artistic effects, is widely used in women's clothing. There are various types of lace currently on the market. It is composed of one or two kinds of woven fabric commonly. And the elastic fabric and lace composed of three or more fiber can be dyed into three or more colors using of reasonable dyeing and finishing technology.It can achieve colorful and strong sense of visual effect and make lace looks high-grade, fashion, exquisite, rich layers and different style etc..

In this paper, the elastic fabric is weaved by artificial fiber, nylon filament, modified polyester filament and Lycra fiber on jacquard machine. The dyeing and finishing of fabric lace elastic fiber is a complicated and technical project, according to the characteristics and properties of raw materials, dyes, and chemicals used. So we need to make reasonable dyeing and finishing technology according to the characteristics of the raw material. It will fully embody the high-quality, high-grade of lace fabric.

The study on the dyeing and finishing process

The process of dyeing and finishing process:

The material ratios used are rayon 15%, nylon filament 44%, modified polyester filament 32%, Lycra 9%.

According to the properties and characteristics of fibers, it is the focus of this article to select suitable dyes and dyeing process to dye rayon, nylon filament and modified polyester filament. The dyeing of nylon filament and modified polyester filament can be done with acid dyes and cationic dyes. By controlling the proper dyeing conditions, one bath dyeing is applied to achieve good double color effect.

Stabilize fabric specifications with predetermined shapes and finished shapes. According to the fabric structure and properties of the fabric, the dyeing and finishing process is as follows: removing oil, the predetermined shape, dyed (dyed rayon first, and then nylon filament / modified polyester filament), finished product setting and test.

Cloth degreasing

The fabric contains more chemical fiber with a variety of oil. If it is not clear evenly, it will lead to the stripes, uneven dyeing, cloth stained, white spot and other defects, so removing the oil with oil paint remover before dyeing processing is necessary.

Fabric oil removal is usually done on continuous oil removing machine. The process conditions should be soft, the neutral degreasing agent LYS can be used and the temperature should not exceed 80℃. The fabric has no tension relaxation in the process of oil removal. It can make the fabric dimensional stability, and quality is similar in every part of the fabric.

High temperature presetting

Using the Thermopylae of modified nylon filament, polyester filament, and Lycra thermoplastic,  it will eliminate or reduce the tension in spinning drawing and weaving processing and avoid the over the relaxation of fiber in the follow-up process. It will improve the supramolecular structure of the fiber, so as to improve the stability of fabric shape.

The higher the presetting temperature, the higher of the dimensional stability of fabric. And it will be more effective to improve the crease. But it will also lead to excessive loss of elastic fabric.  and we should make the presetting process based on the specific specifications and reasonable size of Leica. And we need to make sure it will not damage the fiber, and at the time, it will ensure the fabric dimensional stability and smooth degrees.

The preset temperature we use is 190 degrees centigrade, and the time is 25~30 seconds.

The control of dyeing and finishing process is the key to ensure the quality of the three colors lace elastic fabric. It is necessary to make full use of the material and the characteristics of the material.

(1)Removing oil first and then predetermined shape, avoid the effect of oil to fabric.
(2) presetting and finished setting.  the temperature for predetermined shape should be 190 ℃, and 150 ℃ for finished setting, and it will improve the stability of the fabric wrinkle, hand feeling, and the dimensions.
(3) selection of Procion HE reactive dyes, which is less stain to chinlon, to dye rayon.
(4) using acid dyes and cationic dyes to dye modified polyester and nylon filament in one bath, dye chinlon first and then modified polyester, adding retarding agent M and anti-settling agent S to improve the dyeing and dyeing capacity.
(5) added water softener in the dye and finished setting, increasing the fabric water sucking and perspiration capabilities.
