Chemical fiber oiling agent refers to a kind of textile auxiliaries which are indispensable in the production and processing of chemical fibers. Its main function is to adjust the friction properties of chemical fibers, prevent or eliminate static accumulation, give the fibers smooth, cluster, anti-static, soft and other properties, so that chemical fibers can pass through the spinning, drawing, elasticity, spinning and weaving processes smoothly.
Although the amount of chemical fiber oiling agent is very small in chemical fiber production, it plays an important role in the quality of fibers. Therefore, the research on chemical fiber oiling agent has been very active in the United States, Germany, Britain, Japan, and other countries. Not only have many new high-efficiency oiling agents been developed, but also the composite oiling agent with good antistatic property, smoothness and clustering property has been developed by using compound technology. China's chemical fiber oiling agent industry started late and developed with the continuous growth of chemical fiber industry, but it has a certain scale and foundation.
The development of chemical fiber oils began in the 1950s. The conventional spinning process was used to produce ordinary polyester filaments, nylon filaments, and spinning oils. Mineral oils were the main ingredients, followed by emulsifiers and antistatic agents. In the 1960s, when textured and industrial yarns were manufactured, the heat resistance requirement of the oil agent was improved, and the second generation oil agent with aliphatic ester as the main body was developed. In the early to mid-1970s, the third generation of oil additives, consisting of fatty acid esters, propylene oxide/ethylene oxide and polyether, were developed to adapt to the process of large package and spindle deformation.2From the mid to late 1970s, the fourth generation of oil agent, mainly propylene oxide/ethylene oxide polyether, was used in high speed spinning process. From the 1980s to the early 1990s, chemical filaments developed into high-speed, super-high-speed and multi-functional fibers. The fifth generation of oil additives consisting of modified propylene oxide/ethylene oxide polyether and special functional components and additives with low friction, super heat resistance, and easy wetting were developed.
Chemical fiber oil agent is mainly composed of smooth softener, integrity, antistatic agent, emulsifier, balance regulator and so on. In the process of oil preparation, it is difficult to meet the requirements of all aspects by only one surfactant. Different types of surfactants must be compounded together to complement each other's strengths and weaknesses so as to exert their coordination effect.
T/R fabrics are dyed in one bath by pretreatment. The dyes are heated and hydrated in an overflow dyeing machine, and the oil remover 1g/l is added to dye the fabrics at the process temperature.
Oil stain sizing of refined fabrics is removed, T/C fabrics are pretreated and refined in overflow dyeing to remove cottonseed hulls. Adding oil remover can remove sizes and oil stains in fabrics, improve levelness of dyeing products and prevent the occurrence of color defects.
Bafta hydrogen peroxide bleaching with oil remover 1-1.5g/l can completely remove oil stains on fabrics and improve the appearance style and quality level of products.
For heavy oil, the amount of oil remover used is 5g/L, and the temperature is raised appropriately.
