TDS for three proof finishing agent HT-T215

[Brief information]
-- HT-T215 is an environment-friendly C6 three proofing finishing agent, without PFOA and PFOS. It is suitable for polyester, nylon and other chemical fiber fabrics and cotton and cotton blend fabric.  Excellent initial and water resistance, waterproof, oil resistance, high stability of working fluid, good processing continuity.

-- Appearance: Light yellow liquid
-- Composition: Fluorinated polymers
-- Nonionic: Weak cationic
-- pH: about 3.0-5.0 (original solution)
-- Solid content: about 15-18%

[Properties and fields of application]
-- Environment friendly product, and doesn't contain PFOA(* detection limit below 5ppb)
-- Excellent water repellent ability, confers all kinds of fiber fabrics with excellent initial and durable water repellent.
-- The mechanical stability of the treatment bath is excellent and operation problems is few.

[Application]

--Recommend Dosage:
--The using concentration is adjusted according to the fiber material and purpose of use.
Normally, the recommended concentration is as follows:
Initial stage of chemical fiber T215:  10-60g/L
Chemical fiber & blended fabric durable for washing T215: 20-80g/L
Denim fabric three-proof durable washing T215: 80-150g/L
And use durable washing crosslinker821 T215: 5-20g/L
Process: One dip & one pad → drying (120℃×1～2min) → heat setting (150～180℃×1～2min)

Notice: Adjust the drying and heat setting time according to the type, shape and gram weight of the treated material.

It can be used together with wetting agent, softener, anti-static agent and other additives. Before use, please confirm the compatibility of the product and its impact on water and oil resistance. The pH of the working solution should be adjusted at about 5. Under strong acid and alkali conditions, the water and oil resistance effect will be affected. The working solution should be prepared and used as soon as possible.
