Product introduction:
After dyeing or pretreatment, the wax and grease on the surface can be damaged which made the yarn becomes dry and the friction coefficient increases and the handle becomes hard. The weaving quality is seriously concerned. The quality of yarn directly affects the further winding and weaving processes. Applying the wax emulsion to the after process of the cheese can reduce the frictional resistance of the yarn and reduce the breakage rate. It can improve the efficiency of winding and weaving process and ensure the product quality.
The wax emulsion 6130D is especially suitable for cotton cheese finishing. After finishing, the fabric has good softness and smoothness, and the uniformity of the inner and outer layers is good.

The application effect:
Application process and condition:

Application effect:
1.After used with wax emulsion 6130D, the smoothness of the yarn had increased, thereby improving the frictional resistance among yarns, yarn and guide parts during weaving, reducing the breakage of winding and weaving, and improving the work efficiency.
2.After the yarn is finished by the wax emulsion 6130D, it can be evenly adsorbed on the entire surface of the yarn, so that the uniformity of the inner and outer layers of the yarn is good, and it is not easy to break the yarn during weaving.

Summary:
1. Confers better smooth and fluffy hand feeling of cotton cheese.
2. Low yellowing, which is very suitable for finishing of white / light color fabric .
3. Self dispersion characteristics; no need of emulsifier, easy to use and save costs.
4. It can reduce frictional resistance among yarns, and reduce the yarn breakage.
5. It has superior stability, and can be used under different finishing conditions;.
6. It can be applied to various processes such as dipping and spraying.

Notes:
1. Residual alkali and the pH value in water will affect the finishing effect, so they must be cleaned before finishing.
2. The water used for working fluid should be tap water ≤ 200ppm, and groundwater or river water should be treated before used.
3. Observe the usage in the groove: when there are many burrs, pay attention to the cleaning of the groove and changing the materials.
4. This product is a weak cation product. If the coating, adhesive and other anionic products are used in the chemical tank, the tank should be cleaned before.
5. Although softener emulsion is compatible with most cationic and non-ionic additives, it is necessary to check its compatibility before mixing. The stability of emulsion will also be affected under extreme conditions.
