Preface：Environmental acrylic levelling agent BDR is a high-quality retarding agent, which is suitable for the dyeing of acrylic fiber of cationic dyestuff(medium to quickly absorbed).It does not contain benzalkonium chloride limited by 2013 oeko-tex standard 100 environmental protection standard. It is a leveler recommended by textile environmental protection organizations.
It can be used for medium to high K value dyestuff (k = 3.0-5.0) and has good compatibility with the same K value of dyestuff. It can promote migration and level dyeing in the process of dyeing. It can be used as migration auxiliary for low k value dyestuff (k = 0.5-2.0) and improve level dyeing. When basic and acid dyes are used to dye acrylic and nylon blended fabric, it can be used as anti precipitation agent and leveling agent, especially suitable for medium and light colors. There is no condensation (precipitation) or stain on the dyed fabric with better quality. It has no effect on the softener used in dyeing bath and improves the quality.Experiment process：

2. Experimental prescription and technology
2.1Dyeing for cationic dyestuff:
Dyestuff: 3%
Levelling agent: 1g / L
Acetic acid: 0.5g/l
Prepare the working solution, put in the white yarn, start to heat up from room temperature, take out a cloth sample at different temperatures, wash it with water, dry it, and see the yarn coloring. The lighter the color, the better the slow dyeing performance.
Levelling agent: 1 g/L
Acetic acid: 0.5g/L
Put the same weight of colored yarn and white yarn into the working liquid at the same time, 98 ℃× 30min → wash and dry, and see the dyeing of white yarn. The deeper the color, the better the migration.
