Wash and wear treatment is widely used in the finishing: as the improvement of life standard and the acceleration of life pace, comfort, easy care, and environmentally friendly natural cotton textiles become more popular. Pure cotton resin finishing is widely accepted by customers. For cotton fabric, the quality of the cotton fabric is required by resin finishing, and the fabric structure should be carefully studied and the technological conditions should be strictly controlled. Only technological research is improved and innovated continuously to give the fabric better function and increase the product value can it make the value of creativity to achieve sustained growth.
Negative ion finishing: natural fabrics release negative ions under natural conditions, improving the fabric quality of the surrounding air and fabric comfort so as to meet the people's pursuit of health and environmental protection, and make people feel like in nature. At present, there are three kinds of production methods of negative ion textiles. One is to make the negative ion material into nanometer—sub nanometer ultrafine powder, then add it to the chemical fiber spinning solution, which can be made into negative ion chemical fiber service silicone fluorine, silicon and fluorine to build trade Xintian dimension. The third one is the negative ion nano inorganic powder dispersion made by the combination of bridging radical and hydrophilic organic silicone finishing agents and fabric, which can make fabric has higher adhesion fastness, better hydrophilicity and antistatic properties, feel better as well as the better effects of negative ions. This method is more competitive in the development and application of negative ion fabrics.
The antibacterial finishing with broad prospects: with the improvement of living standard, people's health care consciousness is gradually enhanced, and the requirements of antibacterial property of functional textiles have also appeared. Bacteria and other microorganisms have antimicrobial properties of textiles can kill or inhibit the microorganisms which have a contact with it, so as to achieve the antibacterial effect. The antibacterial property of natural fiber and its products mainly get through finishing, and antibacterial functional textile fabric can effectively control the number of bacteria on the property, reduce the adverse effects of bacteria, prevent odor, keep natural fabric fresh for a long time.
