Brief information
-- Applied to dyeing of wool and chinlon with acid dyes, mordant dyes or metal complex dyes. Can change the pH value of bath slips from neutral to acid.

General properties
-- Appearance: colorless to light color transparent liquid
-- Ionicity: nonionic
-- pH (1% dilution solution): 6-7
-- Solubility: soluble in any proportion of water, should be used once diluted. If the dyeing bath circulation is good, can be directly added.
-- Stability: stable to hard water, salt, acid, alkali is easy to dissolve with water.
-- Compatibility: good compatibility with anion, cations and non-ionic auxiliaries.
-- Foaming: none

Properties and fields of application
-- The acid releasing agent is a kind of gradient-acid, and the pH value is not decreased immediately as the normal free  acid  after  adding  into the  dye bath, but with  the  increasing  of temperature,  organic  acids  are  released gradually,  and  makes  the  pH  value  of dyeing  bath  gradually  reduced  to  a  stable  level,  which  meets  the requirements of the dyeing bath.
-- When wool and chinlon fabrics are dyed with acid dyes, reactive dyes, mordant dyes or metal complex dyes, the initial dyeing bath is neutral to weak alkaline, the initial dyeing rate is low and the dyeing is uniform. Then the dyeing  bath  becomes  acid  gradually  with  the  increase  of temperature,  which  can  promote  the  dye  dyeing completely and ensure the best dyeing reproducibility.
-- Because of the low initial dyeing rate and good leveling, so can increase the temperature quickly, to shorten the dyeing time and improve the dyeing efficiency.
-- Can be added at high temperature, unlike the normal free acid with the problem of uneven color flower which caused by uneven spread, uneven pH, our acid release agent can first diffuse, then release acid, so that the pH of the dye bath decreased evenly, as well as dye evenly.
-- Acid release agent is especially suitable for dyed of chinlon and chlorinated mercerized wool.

Application
Dosage:
0.5- 1.5g / L, directly into the dye bath.

-- Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum
-- Storage: 6 months in seal container at room temperature
