Brief information
-- Formaldehyde free fixing agent for after treatment of dyed fabric with reactive, direct and sulfur dyestuffs, can obviously improve various of fastness, especially for turquoise blue.

-- Stability: resist to acid, alkali, electrolytes and hard water
 
Properties and fields of application
-- Better performance to turquoise blue dyestuff than that of normal fixing agents.
-- Slight shade change and does not affect the original style of fabric.
-- Obviously improves the fastness of rubbing , soaping and perspiration.
--- Free of formaldehyde that complies with environmental requirements.
-- Negligible shade fades to efficiently prevent low stripping and shade change.

Application
High concentration products can be diluted into 2-3times
-- To guarantee subsequent fixing performance, please rinse the dyed fabrics completely to remove residual dyestuffs, salts and alkalis before fixing. Soaps if necessary.
-- Dipping
BF: 2～5 g/l
Bath ratio:1: 5~20
Temperature & time: 50℃ × 15~20 min
Procedure:
Dyed fabrics → Dip in fixing bath for 20 min at 40~50℃ → Dry
-- Padding 
BF: 10～30 g/L
Procedure:
Dyed fabrics →pad at room temperature → Dry

Packing and storage
-- Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum
-- Storage: 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
