[Brief information]
-- Non-phosphorus fixing agent is for fixing process of reactive, direct and sulfur dyestuffs dyeing and printing fabric, can obviously improves various fastness of fabric.

[Main composition]
-- Polydimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride.

[General properties]
-- Appearance: Light yellow to deep yellow viscous liquid
-- Ionicity: cationic
-- pH: 4.0-5.5
-- Solubility: easily soluble in water
-- Stability: stable to acid, alkali, electrolytes and hard water

[Properties and fields of application]
-- Non-phosphorus and formaldehyde free, complies to the environmental protection performance reduces the sewage treatment cost.
-- The working solution of fixing color is very small, effectively avoid peeling light, color change.
-- Slight shade change and no phosphorus in fabrics, does not affect original shades.
-- Obviously improves rubbing, soaping and perspiration fastness.
-- Outstanding alkali resistance that makes mercerization available after fixing.
-- Resistant to chlorine bleaching.

[Application]
-- To guarantee subsequent fixing performance, please rinse the dyed fabrics completely to remove residual dyestuffs, salts and alkalis before fixing. Soaps if necessary.

HT-WG780: 1-3% (O.W.F)
Bath ratio: 1:8-15
Temperature & time: 40-50℃ x 15-20 min
Procedure:
Dyed fabrics → Dip in fixing bath for 15-20 min at 40-50℃→ Rinse → Dry
-- Padding
HT-WG780: 10-30 g/L
Procedure:
Dyed fabrics → Dip & pad in fixing bath at room temperature → Setting (150-165℃)

[Packing and storage]
-- Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum
-- Storage: Keep it cool and dry, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
