[Brief information]

HT-C06 is a special polymer containing sealed isocyanate, which can be used with finishing agents such as

water-proofing agent, etc. It can significantly improve the water-proofing, oil-proofing and washed-proofing

properties of fabrics, and is suitable for the washed-proofing, water-proofing and oil-proofing finishing of cotton,

chemical fiber and its blended fabrics.

[General properties]

-- Appearance: Milky white to beige liquid

-- Ionicity: Weakly cationic

-- pH: 3.5-6.0 (10% solution, deionized water test)

-- Solubility: Soluble to water

--compatibility: Compatible with cationic and non-ionic products, good acid resistance and stability;
Not compatible with anionic products

--After adding HT-C06 in the waterproof finishing, the washing resistance of the waterproof effect can be greatly

improved

--After the waterproof fabric finished by HT-C06, it will dry naturally, without ironing, and it can get excellent

waterproof effect.

--Used with oil-proof finishing agent, does not reduce the oil-proof effect of finishing fabrics.

--No adverse effects on the hand feeling, shade and color fastness of the fabric.

--Compatible with most finishing agents,the working fluid has good stability and is easy to use.

Suitable for waterproof and oil resistant finishing of cotton, chemical fiber and its blended fabrics.

--Padding

Waterproof agent: x g/L

Cross-linking agent HT-C06: 15-30g/L

Padding → Dry(110℃) →Cure /Setting (Cotton:160℃×2min, polyester cotton: 170～180℃×30～90sec)

--After the crosslinker HT-C06 is placed for a long time, there will be a small amount of precipitation. Please

stir evenly before use, without affecting the use effect.

--The specific amount of crosslinking agent should be adjusted according to the variety of fabric and

processing technology

--Packing: 125kg/polyethylene drum

--Storage: Store at least 12 months at 5℃～50℃
