1. methylsilicone oil
Methyl silicone oil is the most widely used and large output product in silicone oil. It is colorless, odorless, non-volatile, insoluble in water, methanol, ethylene glycol, but soluble to benzene, dimethyl ether, methyl ethyl ketone, carbon tetrachloride or kerosene. It has a very small steam pressure, higher flash point and ignition point. Methyl silicone oil has excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, hydrophobic, physiological inertia and small surface tension. It also has low viscosity temperature coefficient and higher compressive resistance. It can be used in textile, printing and dyeing, thread-making,and it can be used to improve the slippery elasticity of the finishing process of dacron, polyester, dacron. It can be used to treat cotton spinning, increase lubrication in high speed sewing machine on the continuous line; it can be used for fabric softener, increasing the lubricity of fabric, the fabric smooth sense, fullness and elasticity.

2. water soluble silicone oil
The product is a silicone oil modified with a variety of active genes that can be completely dissolved in water. It can be used for cotton, wool, silk, polyester fiber finishing, makes the fabric soft, breathable, slippery, antistatic.

3. Dimethyl hydroxy silicone oil emulsion (cationic type)
The product is a homogeneous dimethyl siloxane emulsion  with  hydroxyl at two ends. The hydroxyl reactive genes are very low. And it is easily condensed at low temperature and form elastic films. Methyl group contains hydrophobic gene, which is mixed with a certain amount of methyl hydrogen containing in silicone oil emulsion, having good drainage effect. It is widely used in synthetic fiber, silk, cotton and other fiber and fabric finishing. The finished fabric can reach a good soft effect increasing elasticity, wear resistance, washable properties, temperature resistance and water discharge performance.
