[Cationic Leveling Agent General Information]

When the cationic dye is used to dye acrylic fiber, due to the negative charge of the third monomer of the acrylic fiber, resulting in the dyeing speed too fast and the spread speed too slow, thus prone to dye flower phenomenon. Especially in the three primaries combination, this phenomenon is more serious, so the requirements higher. In order to solve this problem, it is usually necessary to add leveling agent in the process of dyeing and finishing. The main functions of the leveling agent include the effects of retarding, removing, osmosis and cleaning.

The leveling agent is usually surfactant, as a cationic surfactant for acrylic fabric, there are two types: quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactants and electrolyte leveling agent in 1000 ~ 2000 of polymer molecular weight developed in recent years.

It is a dispersing and leveling agent for cationic dyes for acrylic in the same bath dyeing. Cationic leveling agent features in good dispersion & leveling function; preventing dyeing defects caused by aggregation of dyes and cationic dyes staining on acrylic color effectively; good high temperature dyes migration and penetration ability.

Compatibility: have good compatibility with cationic and non-ionic additives.

[Product features]
It has good adsorbability and affinity for acrylic, in the dyeing process can produce "race dye" with cationic dye, be adsorbing by fiber temporarily, when the temperature rise it will replace by dyestuff, so that make it have leveling color. Also has a soft, smooth, antistatic, disinfection effect, etc.

[Cationic Leveling Agent Application]

Leveling agent used in the cationic dyes for acrylic fabricL:
Deep color：0.2～1.0%（o.w.f.）
Middle color：1.0～1.5%（o.w.f.）
Light color：1.5～3.0%（o.w.f.）

[Packaging and storage]
125 kg/polyethylene drum, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
