1. The use rate of soft finishing agent has increased

2. Early application of soft finishing agent

In the early days, soft finishing agents represented by various amino silicone oil emulsions were widely used in the finishing process of cotton, silk, wool, polyester and other textiles to give the fabric a soft and smooth feel. It is comfortable to wear which is once widely accepted. The rapid expansion of the application of amino silicone oil far exceeds that of any other silicone products. It plays the role of the leader in the textile processing process and is a product that is inseparable from the soft processing of factories.

However, with the continuous improvement of human living standards, and the advocacy of green life, skin-friendly and comfortable styles, the water repellency and poor air permeability of the fabrics after amino silicone oil finishing has been highlighted, and the light-colored or white fabrics after finishing have undergone high temperature. After baking, the shortcomings of varying degrees of yellowing will appear.

This is mainly determined by its structural changes and the amino modification of hydrophilic silicone oil. As the use continues to expand, problems in the application are constantly exposed, which is easy to yellow and change color, easy to float oil, and not hydrophilic. Because of these major problems, the factory is both willing to use it but also afraid of problems, and is always worried during the production process.

In order to overcome these shortcomings, various methods were used to modify, and finally a series of ternary copolymerized hydrophilic silicone oils were introduced, including polyether modified and quaternized modified ternary copolymerized hydrophilic silicone oils to highlight the style of hydrophile, ice feeling, comfortable, slippery and skin feeling.
