-- Use for fixing process of reactive, direct and sulfur dyestuffs dyeing and printing fabric, can obviously improves various fastness of fabric.

-- Ionicity: Cationic

-- Solubility: Easily soluble in water
-- Stability: Stable to acid, alkali, electrolytes and hard water

Properties and fields of application
-- Negligible shade fades,which efficiently prevent low stripping and shade change.
-- Slight shade change and does not affect original shades.
-- Obviously improves fastness of soaking, soaping and perspiration fastness.
-- Outstanding alkali resistance,can be used for after treatment of mercerizing process of cotton fixing.
-- Free of formaldehyde, complies with environmental requirements.
-- Resistant to chlorine bleaching.

Application
-- High concentration product and can be diluted 3-5 times.
-- To guarantee subsequent fixing performance, please rinse the dyed fabrics completely to remove residual dyestuffs, salts and alkalis before fixing. Soaps if necessary.

Formaldehyde free fixing agent: 1-3% (O.W.F)
Bath ratio: 1 : 8-15
Temperature & time: 40-50℃ x 15-20 min
Procedure:
Dyed fabrics → Dip in fixing bath for 20-30 min at 40-50℃→ Rinse → Dry

Formaldehyde free fixing agent: 10-30 g/L
Procedure:
Dyed fabrics → One dipping & one padding in fixing bath at room temperature → Setting

Packing and storage
-- Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum
-- Storage: Keep it cool and dry, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
