[Brief information]
-- Hydrophilic silicone oil 6040 is the use of new synthetic technique for the synthesis of modified hydrophilic soft finishing agent. In normal temperature, 6040 are fairly stable in acid and alkali conditions; 6040 gives the fabric more soft, silky and full feeling, and with excellent hydrophilicity, the cotton fabrics treated with hydrophilic in 1-2 seconds.

-- Appearance: Pale transparent liquid
-- Ionicity: Weak cationic
-- pH(1% solution at 20℃):  5.5~6.5
-- Solubility: Soluble in water

[Properties and fields of application]
-- Resistant to high temperature of 80℃, strong electrolyte, strong anion and high cutting;
-- Resistant to 10g/l sodium carbonate, safe and stable, no oil spots;
-- Not resistant to fluorescent whitening agent;
-- With fluffy and smooth, delicate hand feeling, not greasy, similar to natural;
-- Good hydrophilicity, the real solution to the contradiction between the hand and hydrophilic;
-- This product has a moderate resistance to washing, after washing by 20 times, hand feel decreased, hydrophilic is improving;
-- Suitable for various process equipment, including cylinder, with high flexibility;
-- This product is especially suitable for cotton, also applies to T/C and CVC and other fibers and fabrics;
-- After Using this product, the fabric has excellent hydrophilicity, can be directly modified color, and can avoid the problem of color repair after two pollution.
-- Padding process: 50~80g/L, cure at 100℃ and set at 150~180℃ for 90 seconds.
-- Specific process should be adjusted by testing.

[Packing and storage]
-- Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum
-- Storage: 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
