This product is piperazine modified silicone oil and emulsion, its side chain contains secondary amine and tertiary amine group, this kind of special structure to make it used for cotton, linen, wool and blended fabric, can achieve inhibition yellowing, and best soft effect. [Product features]

1. This product used for soft processing, it is easy to be emulsion into stable microemulsion, giving cotton, woven cotton and knitwear with softness and smooth feeling.
2. Give the fabric good compatibility and softness, easy to allocate, No yellowing, good stability

[Application]

When using, first mix up the emulsifying agent and water, add silicone oil slowly, adjustable pH = 6 ~ 7 with acetic acid solution, can get transparent and stable emulsion,
Matching:
Silicon oil:  20%,
Emulsifier:  10%,
Water： to 100%
Emulsification temperature： 25~50℃
After emulsify: suitable for all kinds of fabric super soft treatment.

1. Cotton, linen fabric:
Dipping method: 0.8-1.5%(o.w.f)
Oll compacting method: : 8-20g/l

2. Socks, cotton socks
Dosage：1.5-3%（o.w.f）

3. Polyester/cotton fabric
Dipping method: 0.8-1.5%(o.w.f)
Roll compacting method:  8-20g/l
